Equi Fabb is proudly New Zealand owned and operated. We’re passionate about providing quality equestrian clothing at affordable prices to riders throughout New Zealand.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day of receiving your order and payment.

Orders are generally sent via NZ Post and include tracking, so you can follow your parcel from us to you.

For larger or bulk orders, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll be happy to provide a shipping quote.

New Zealand Shipping Rates

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

FREE shipping on orders over NZ$200

For orders under NZ$200:

• Urban New Zealand – $12

• Rural New Zealand – $18

Please ensure you select the correct urban or rural delivery option at checkout. Rural addresses may take slightly longer to arrive.

If you’re unsure whether your address is classified as rural, or have any questions about the shipping charge shown at checkout, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Delivery

Orders are sent by tracked courier to New Zealand delivery addresses. We do not currently deliver to PO Boxes.

Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for delivery after your order has been dispatched. Rural deliveries may require additional delivery time.

While we aim to get your Equi Fabb order to you as quickly as possible, courier delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirming that your parcel is on its way, along with your courier tracking number so you can follow its journey.
