REFUND POLICY
At Equi Fabb, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand, however, that sometimes an item may not be quite right.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item because of sizing, fit, colour or a change of mind, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags still attached
To help us process your return, please include a note inside your parcel with:
• Your name
• Your order number
• The item(s) being returned
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange
• If exchanging, the replacement size or colour you would like

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for a change of mind, sizing or exchange.
If you are exchanging an eligible item, standard shipping cost will apply for sending the replacement item back to you within New Zealand.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will process approved refunds within 10 working days.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used when placing your order.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at:
Please include your name, order number, details of the issue and photos where possible so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
We may ask for the item to be returned to us so that we can assess the fault or issue. Where the item is confirmed as faulty or otherwise, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our legal obligations.
This may include a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Where we require a faulty or incorrect item to be returned, Equi Fabb will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or damage caused after receiving the product is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Important Return Information
Please ensure:
• Returns for change of mind, sizing or exchanges are made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items are returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached.
• Return parcels are packaged securely.
• You keep your postage receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.
• Returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions outlined above.
